These policies also govern your visits to and use of Amazon Services. We reserve the right to amend Amazon Services policies and these Terms of Use at any time. Should any of these conditions be deemed invalid, void, or, for any reason, unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other condition.

PROCEDURE AND FORM FOR NOTIFICATION OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

Please send us a completed Notification form if you believe that your copyright has been infringed. We respond promptly to rights holders and their agents who accurately inform us of a perceived infringement of their rights using the procedure available at the following link: Notification form.

Upon receiving a notification of copyright infringement, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the removal of any information or offer relating to a product. However, these measures will be taken under all conditions, without recognition on our part of any responsibility and without prejudice to the exercise of our rights and actions.

Furthermore, in submitting a Notification form, you grant Amazon the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display the content of that notification by any means of communication, anywhere in the world. You hereby explicitly consent to Amazon Services providing a copy of the contents of this Notification form to the parties whose content allegedly infringes your rights. The following additional terms apply to any software (including software updates and upgrades and any related documents) that we periodically provide to you for your use with Amazon Services ("Amazon Software"):

1. Use of Amazon Software. You may use Amazon Software solely for the purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy Amazon Services as provided by Amazon, and as permitted by the Terms of Use, these Amazon Software Terms, and the Service Terms. 3. No reverse engineering. You cannot and will not encourage, assist, or allow anyone to (i) copy, modify, or otherwise alter any Amazon Software in whole or in part, or create derivative works from or relating to the Amazon Software, or (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Amazon Software in whole or in part, except as permitted by law.

4. Updates. In order to keep Amazon Software up to date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without prior notice.
