The programme supports agencies helping new sellers launch and grow across European stores, including Amazon UK and EU.
Can I refer sellers at any time?
Yes but we recommend referring between 1 October and 31 March to maximise your sellers' account management period and support benefits.
How does this compare to the Strategic Account Services (SAS) programme at Amazon?
The Agency Programme is a free collaboration that helps agencies recruit and onboard new sellers to Amazon acting as an extra line of support aside from Seller Support in Seller Central. SAS is a paid service providing dedicated consulting and account management to existing sellers looking to grow.
What support is provided for other sellers managed by the agency?
The programme focuses on eligible sellers. Aside from direct support, the program includes benefits that you can apply to your wider portfolio.
Is Amazon in direct contact with the sellers referred by the agency?
Agency Account Managers will only reach out to your clients directly with your permission. Otherwise, communication only takes place between Amazon and the agency point of contact. The programme is designed to complement your existing partnerships, not replace them.
Does the Agency Programme generate leads for member agencies?
The programme does not act as a lead source. However some of our tiers include benefits that can help your agency with widening your client base.
