How does Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment work?
You send your products to Amazon. We deliver them to sites close to your customers so that we can ship them quickly as soon as orders are placed. Connect all of your sales channels, including your website, social media stores and other e-commerce sites. Amazon picks, packs and dispatches your orders from any sales channel directly to your customers.
Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) is offered with or without the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) service. If you use FBA to sell on Amazon, we'll use your inventory to deliver to your Amazon customers as well as customers from your other sales channels.
