- Amazon Renewed products are capable of being repaired/refurbished and considered to look and work like new. Repair/refurbish capability means that products must have electrical and/or mechanical components that can be replaced and/or upgraded to new or like-new condition
- Your refurbishment process typically includes a diagnostic test, replacement of any defective parts, a thorough cleaning and inspection process, and repackaging where applicable.
- You ship products with all relevant accessories as expected for a new product, and the product is backed by the Amazon Renewed Guarantee.

What can you sell?
To qualify as a seller of refurbished and pre-owned products, you need to adhere to our programme policies and product quality policies for these products and meet the set performance bar. Once you qualify, you can sell select high-quality like-new products at great prices, including in the following categories:

How can you start selling?

Register to be a seller on Amazon
You need to first be a registered seller on Amazon to be able to sell refurbished and pre-owned products on Amazon Renewed.

Step 2
Qualify to sell on Amazon Renewed
To qualify to sell refurbished and pre-owned and open-box products on Amazon Renewed, we require details of your experience selling like-new products.
You need to meet the following criteria to qualify as a seller on Amazon Renewed:

- You are a high-volume refurbished products seller. You can supply invoices showing a total value of €20,000 in qualifying refurbished purchases in the previous 90 days from the date of the application. For approval to list the Apple brand in the smartphone category, you must supply invoices showing a total value of €1 million in Apple refurbished products.
- Your products are refurbished, either by you or by a third-party repackaging provider, to look and function like new products. You must send at least ten images of a sample unit for product and packaging review: 1) Box in which the product will ship, 2) Box in which the product is housed (inside the shipping box) — white or brown box, 3) Picture of product inside the box (with packaging), 4) and 5) Product pictures from above and below, 6) to 9) Product picture from all four sides.
- If you are an existing Seller on Amazon, or once you start selling on Amazon, you have an Order Defect Rate (ODR) of 0.8% or less trailing 90 days.
- For specific brands, you may be required to submit additional documentation related to your product inspection processes.

Once your application is approved, you can start selling by listing your refurbished and pre-owned products or adding your offers to existing product listings.
