What are the requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime?
To be eligible for the Seller Fulfilled Prime programme, your business must continuously meet the following criteria for each product category:
- Meet delivery promise targets based on the product category and inventory location type
- Achieve an on-time delivery rate of at least 90%
- Provide valid tracking information for at least 99% of shipments
- Maintain an order cancellation rate of 0.5% or less
- Offer free delivery and free returns for Prime members (certain exceptions apply)
- Ensure your products are available for nationwide shipping

What is the trial period?
Before your offers can become Prime-eligible through Seller Fulfilled Prime, you must complete a trial period to demonstrate that you can meet Prime's high standards for fulfilment and customer satisfaction. The Prime badge will not be displayed on items enrolled in the Seller Fulfilled Prime programme during the trial period. Once you successfully complete the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime and your enrolled products will display the Prime badge to customers, subject to certain delivery speed thresholds.
