Final tips for Prime Day

Send stock in early

With quick turnaround events like Prime Day, send all stock by the due date, then ramp up sales with pre-event campaigns. For best results, calculate expected demand and sales goals well in advance.

Tip: Don't stress about storage — when determining storage limits, we account for seasonal sales peaks, recent growth, and popularity of products.

Please note that you must comply with the EPR WEEE legislation in Germany (Extended Producer Responsibility — Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Amazon will be required to check whether you are complying with your EPR requirements and may deactivate some non-compliant listings as of June 5, 2023. To avoid any negative impact on your sales, we recommend that you start your registration as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so, as the process can take up to eight weeks. To prove compliance, you must register each brand and type of equipment that you offer on Amazon.de with Stiftung EAR and submit your WEEE registration number on our compliance portal.
