What are the requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime?
To be eligible for the Merchant Shipped Prime program, your business must meet the following criteria on an ongoing basis for each product category:
- Meet delivery promise goals based on the product category and the type of stock location
- Achieve a minimum delivery rate of 90% on time
- Provide a valid tracking rate for at least 99% of shipments
- Have an order cancellation rate of less than 0.5%
- Offer free shipping and free returns for Prime members (some exceptions apply)
- Your products should be available for nationwide shipping

What is the trial period?
Before your offers become Prime eligible with Prime Shipped by Seller, you need to complete a trial period to show that you can meet Prime delivery excellence and customer satisfaction requirements. The Prime badge will not be displayed on items enrolled in the Seller Fulfilled Prime programme during the trial period. Once you successfully complete the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in Prime Shipped by Seller and your enrolled products will show the Prime badge to customers who are subject to certain delivery speed thresholds.
